RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Erode Clothing. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns for store credit within 3 days of receiving your package. Please review the following guidelines for our return policy:
ELIGIBILITY:
- Returns are accepted for store credit only.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the package.
- The product must be unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached.
PROCESS:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified time frame.
- Provide your order details and reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
RETURN SHIPPING:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
STORE CREDIT:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit in the form of a gift card or voucher.
- The store credit will be equal to the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges.
EXCLUSIONS:
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Undergarments and swimwear
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or do not have their original tags
NOTE: Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to refusal or a restocking fee. We strive to process returns as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 3 days for us to complete the return process and issue your store credit.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
No returns or refunds are available for international orders.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATION
An end user may cancel an order within 4 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 4 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 4 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Erode clothing. A canceled order will result in a credit to the user credit card/account.
NOTE: An amount of 1.9% will be charged from the total amount in case of domestic transfer and 2.9% in international transfers to the respective payment gateway.
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order. for further assistant contact info@erode.clothing .
REFUND
At Erode Clothing, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you’re not completely delighted with your purchase, we gladly offer refunds in the form of store credit to be used towards your next purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, our dedicated team will inspect it. Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund in the form of store credit within 3-5 business days.
